Free People super cute flowy mini dress in a pretty floral pattern. Double V neck, scalloped hem, & very soft. Black background with turquoise, purple, green, white, and pink. Dress has attached waist tie and is shown in the pictures crisscrossed in the front and tied in back. Each tie is 53" long for a number of different options. 15" underarm to underarm, 36" shoulder to hem, and 27" from V to hem.
