Free People Delicate and Dressy Floral Burnout Wool Top M-L

This might be vintage Free People, I'm not sure how to check on that. I have worn this several times. Tag is LG but in my opinion it fits more like a med. Bust is 19" but it fits tight because of the cut. Tailored and fitted. Sleeves are gathered at shoulders almost like a puff sleeve but they are not puffed. Heavy lace trim at tailored and pinched neckline. Raw hemline. It is black on charcoal gray lightweight soft wool. Not too itchy. It's darker than photos. Material is a light knit so it has a burnout or sheer effect. And the darker black floral pattern is soft like velvet or flocking. Really beautiful top. It is by nature a more delicate piece. Should take care while wearing. Bust 19" pit to pit shoulder to hem 24"
