Great piece by Free People! Great pre loved condition Soft, white cotton tunic with black and green embroidery. Elastic around top so can be either on or off shoulder. Little ties with elastic near bottom to be tightened or loose. This top is a medium but is very roomy and has lots of fabric so other sizes would be fine too depending on desired look I’m open to questions and offers, just ashh K!
