This is a Free People Cold Shoulder Printed Mini Dress Size M,M. It is in EUC. I see no rips. tears, or discoloration. The straps are adjustable, and the dress is fully lined on the inside. The measurements are: arm pit to arm pit, 19 inches, and length from back to bottom edge, 27 inches. Perfect dress to go walking on the beach at sunset.
