This skirt is in good used condition. It is a Free People brand mini skirt with a black elastic waist and muted peach colored chiffon style tiers alternating with gunmetal sequin stripes. Cotton Skirt liner. Edges of chiffon style layers are meant to be frayed on edges but some are slightly more frayed.
