Perfect holiday dress!!!! Free People Chelsey mini dress. Blue color. Size Small. With pockets, shown in pictures. Like brand new condition. Beautiful velvet dress with sexy back. Worn only once for a special event. This dress is so cute!! I’m normally an XS but wanted a loose, babydoll look for the event. I had to remove the size tag as it showed while wearing.
