Free People Cece Wrap Ballet Flats in Pewter Sz 9 (AS IS)

Free People Cece wrap ballet flats in pewter (metallic silver) with black straps. Size 9. CONDITION: Back of left shoe's internally threaded elastic top is overstretched (see photos, it does not "scrunch" fully), but the shoes are still quite wearable.
