Free People Britnee Ruched Peplum Top in Purple Sz M

Super cute! Hard to measure because it’s ruched everywhere… except where there is lots of fabric on the balloon sleeves and the ruffle. Pit to pit is about 16” relaxed but it stretches to almost twice that. The neckline is ruched do it can be worn off shoulder…. EUC! Never got worn.
