Free People Blue and White Tiered Boho Dress

Free, fun, and a little funky, this bohemian-inspired blue (vintage chambray blue) and white tiered two-piece dress (or top) features an a tie back, eyelets, and embroidered details. Matching blue liner is a separate piece, but can be held in place with two small snaps (shown in photo). There is a tiny flaw on the bottom tier in the front. I never noticed it until I closely inspected the garment while preparing to photograph it. It is generally hidden and is not very noticeable, but I wanted to point it out.
