Free People Mini Skirt in Cobalt Blue. Size S. Excellent Used Condition. Slight ruching on the sides provide a cute detail. Slightly asymmetric hem. I’m 5’4” so I wear this as High waisted, but if you’re taller this skirt is super versatile, soft and stretchy! Outer layer is 98% rayon, 4% spandex. Inner lining is 92% cotton, 8% spandex/elastine. Slight indent near top where it was hung. Super cute worn with a crop top, or tucked in. Fun color for Spring and Summer! Could be dressed up or down.
