Free People Blue Floral Mini Dress

This dress is so cute! It has ruffled sleeves and a ruffled collar. It has ties at the neck that can either be in a bow or just hang loose. Do it according to your mood! The fabric is a sheer blue/coral floral color, with a blue under skirt. The back has a key hole and button closure at the neck. It is very delicate and flowey. Perfect with boots, or heels. It would also look great with a floppy hat. I only wore this dress once or twice for wine tasting, and it was perfect!
