Free People Blue Floral Dress with Twist Back

Free People light blue floral dress. -sweetheart neckline -adjustable straps -cutout back with twist straps -side zipper closure -lined -100% rayon Worn twice. A thread is missing on the front (see photo where I point to missing thread). Otherwise, no stains, holes, or tears Label says size 8. I'm a size 4 and it feels just a tad loose on me. The twist straps have stretch and there is a small gathered elastic area on the back, so I think it would fit multiple sizes.
