This is a black denim skirt made by free people in size small. wear it high waisted for a mini look. the length isn't too short, it is almost a midi-length. 90s skater vibes for sure. no size tag but it fits me and I wear a xs/s. please message for measurements. it has some panels that go vertically down the skirt with a half zip closure in the back.
