NWOT this Free People dress is a black, midi dress with white embroidery. It has a mid-thigh liner. It is lowcut in the back with smocking for a better fit. Never worn but tags removed. The perfect boho dress! **Smocked portion on back has a defect from manufacturer. It was received this way from Free People. See photos that show the smocking wasn’t fully seen to the side of the dress. Could easily be fixed with a needle and thread.
