This is a lovely Free People Beach "Lazy Day" Long Dress in the color Slate Blue. Women's Size Small but very oversized as usual for Free People clothing. It's a calming, muted greyish-blue color-I tried my best to get the photos to show the color correctly as it was a bit tricky!! No material/care tag found but it feels like cotton.
