Free People Audrey midi shirt dress w/ puff sleeve

FP midi shirt dress with puffy sleeves, belt, side slits. I cut off the belt loops bc they were useless but it’s as if they were never there. Excellent condition and worn only a couple of times. 100% cotton and very sturdy, structured material. Color is considered black, but looks more like a bluish grey black.
