Free People sundress black with bright flowers. Criss cross straps, decorative lace design linking the chest, angled sides. New with tags. Measures 12” across the rib cage lying flat and 20” from the lowest par of the chest to bottom hem. It says size XL but honestly I feel like it is more of a small. Maybe even extra small. So that’s what I marked it as.
