Panda bear tank top by Free kisses. It's from Mexico, & doesn't say a size. At the bottom there's a tag that says 16 but I don't think this is a size 16 anything. Lol. It fit me, & I'm a small/sometimes medium. This fit more like a small though. Sooo comfy, & soft material. The back has a cute bow that ties the racer back together. & on the sides it scrunches up a little. The color is like a dark blush pink.
