dbrhreyes @cferry are you a wide 10 or 11 and that may be the reason ? Did you try taking them to a boot store to get stretched ? They are beautiful boots and I would hate for you not to enjoy them. Seeing this just made me email freebird because I just bought a pair true to size and I think it’s terrible that return policy indicates must be in the condition purchased it’s like WTH people don’t know until they wear them !
