Free Assembly Blue & White Striped Mini Dress Women's Size Small

This is an absolutely adorable dress from Free Assembly in GUC in a Women's Size SMALL. It is blue and white striped with puffed balloon sleeves with elastic at the cuffs. It has a wide elastic scoop collar, and a black bow on the left shoulder. As seen in one of the pictures, there are tiny slits at the side hems which add to the cute factor. It is made of 100% cotton. There is the slightest pink dot at the very hem that I noticed as I was putting it into a bag, but it's very hard to notice and I have treated it with OxiClean.
