@v3ron1ka added new pic with measuring tape … 14 inches but keep in mind it’s elastic… these were my mom’s that recently passed away and was 160 lbs when she wore them before she got sick…I’m 150 and they fit me comfortably but just not my style…plus I need to downsize… hopefully these will work for you, but if not I tee totally understand!
