This gem is from the 1980's. A genuine Fred Rothschild piece. A beautiful pleated skirt with a mock polka dot belt, attaching the top and bottom! This dress is adorable and gives me all the feels. The color is a bright orange color, that I feel as if photos don't do it justice. There are a few small spots on this piece from age and wear - which I have shown in the pictures. Price reflects.
