It fits like a traditional UK slim fit 8, which is more like the current UK size 6. Sized 4 for the US, I think it fits like a US 2. Here are the measurements, lying flat: Under arm to under arm (buttoned) 16" Top of shoulder to shoulder seam: 15 Length: 22.25" Length of V neck, buttoned: 9.25 All original buttons. No stains, no rips or tears, seams fully intact (see photo) Machine washable on cold setting, air dry. Feel free to ask questions before buying. A note on the fabric colour: this shirt is black. The photos make it look gray, because I photographed in bright light to show the fabric texture and the fact that there's no stains or tears, but this is a solidly black textile.
