Fred David blouse size 16 W

This is a really beautiful blouse preowned only worn one time by Fred David it's a size 16 W I don't see a tag with what it's made of but I'm 99% sure it's polyester it's a dark brown light and bright turquoise and white flowers and abstracts shiny silky that's embossed it's got a round neck with the ruffle in the front and three fabric buttons 3/4 sleeves with button cuff and the waist has a band around the bottom but but not elastic just how it's sewn hard to show the details in my pictures
