paris719 @bwilliams1237 this is a skirt not a dress. The top that goes with the skirt is the White sequin top i have listed for sale is also on my closet. I am open to offers on them separately or as as pair. Hope this answers your question.

aymyvida could you please share the measurements of the following: Waist Hips Length Does this fabric have any stretch? If it does, what would be the waist while the fabric is stretched to the max? Thank you.

paris719 @aymyvida the waist is 29 inches hips are 37 inches and length is 45 inches. Note the skirt has a sort train that ties up underneath as seen in attached picture that I added. The material is polyester which does not have much give to stretch.
