Franne Golde Magical Pant Charcoal High Waist / Size 12

These are in great condition. And what a great fit! They are super comfortable and soooooo flattering. I am a size 10 for reference and these fit me pretty well, but definitely some room there. More of a fitted fit with lots of stretch. I don't know exactly which model they are but they seem like one of the Magic pants.
