Franklin Mint Penguin-Glass and Silver FM1988- Made in France

This vintage Franklin Mint Penguin-Blown Glass and Silver is adorable and sleek all at the same time. He may have had a small fracas with a walrus since his belly has a small scuff and the silver on his little wings has worn off. He is vintage… 1988 and his tag that is still on says “Made in France”.
