Franklin Mint Blue and Gold Decorative Plate

"Dance of the Dolphin" by Delmary for the Franklin Mint. Here's some information about it:  It is a limited edition, 8 1/8-inch porcelain plate.  The plate is hand-numbered and trimmed in gold. # LD 3174 It depicts two dolphins swimming underwater with sunlight streaming from above.  The plate is a collectible item and does not come with its original box or certificate of authenticity.  It is considered a fine porcelain piece suitable for display.  Good Condition.
