Yes of course! Laid flat the measurements are:
shoulder to shoulder: 24”
armpit to armpit: 24”
bottom band of jacket: 18”
It’s meant to be more oversized - I’m more of a medium now and I can easily wear it, although the band at bottom is more fitted (still has enough stretch that it’s wearable). If you wear a Small typically this will have no prob fitting.

@victoriaolimpia hi! Packages are mailed by priority shipping, which the USPS says should take 1-3 business days after drop off. This isn’t guaranteed, but if you ordered today I could make sure the package is dropped with USPS today or tomorrow, and that should be within the window for priority shipping. That said, USPS gives an expected delivery date, not a guaranteed delivery date.
