Quick Dry Uneven hem with longer sides with white with black dot tiered ruffle hem. Twirls well which was a bonus for her! Great for splash pads which were at the outdoor shopping center.! Good condition. No stains or piling. The tulle has some tattered edges. The black dot print on the dress has light fade at the seams. See last two close up photos The swimsuit is a size 3T. This dress style ran big so I sized down to a 2T. (Layed flat it is 1" wider the rash guard shirt P2P) It is bigger than the 2T we had another style.
