Frank & Oak Button Down Ruffle Dress

Chic, simple navy blue midi-length dress from Frank and Oak. Buttons down the front are decorative, not functional. Ruffle hem. Side zipper closure. Not quite mermaid style. Thicker canvas/linen material. Really lovely for summer nights out. Would be cute with espadrilles and a woven clutch! Has only been worn a few times, in like-new condition.
