Frank & Eileen short sleeve “Billy Jean” shirt in 100% cotton poplin blue and white stripe. Collared open placket, buttoned shirt front, tailoring through shoulders and across back. New without tags. I bought this and it’s too small for me. Size XXS best fits a size 00 or a bra size 30A or 30AA. For reference I’m a size 0-2 and bra size 32B.
