Update: Just added a picture of one of the shoes being measured after I watched a YouTube video about how to measure shoes when you're unsure of the size. And I got 10 7/8 inches. Then I went to Zappos and went down to the closest size which is 10 1/2 inches. So I'm going to update the size and the title.
These shoes have been worn and are in good condition. For some reason, the shoe size says that it's 18 1/2 M. I tried to confirm whether it's a US, Canadian or European size and I couldn't find that size that's an equivalent to anything so I'll leave it here. Heel height is 2 5/8 inches.

@prince_jc I got 5 inches. Anyway, I just figured out what might the right size for these heels and updated the size, description and title. I even added a picture.
