debbiepattie Can you explain and show the strap damage? Is it detached?

theblueavenue @debbiepattie hi - the inside of the ankle straps have cracks in the leather. The strap is still soft but wanted to note this, you can’t visually see this when worn. I have added another photo to the previous one showing the inside straps.
