Franchesca's Embroidered Floral Dress

Beautiful dress from Franchesca's. Navy blue and features embroidered flower accents in blue and white, with a patterned band along the bottom. Thin straps that cross in the back for a flattering look. Worn only a few times, as it is too short on me.
