What a fun party dress! I purchased from the website and the colors didn’t work for me. Hung up and forgot to return. This is New With Tag! The entire bodice is smocked and stretchy. It was not flimsy in the least and on the thicker side. The embroidery is throughout the dress. It feels and looks like a woven cotton. Low-waisted. Skirt has 2 tiers and an underskirt. I’m 5’5”, 36B, usually wear 4US and this fit pretty well.
