Francesca's high-waisted patterned skirt

Beautiful skirt! The fabric is silky and looks great paired with tights and cute flats or heels. Fits like an extra small or small (27.75 in waist for reference). There's a small area at the waist gathering where the fabric is pulled away (see photo). I think it would be an easy fix though. The skirt hits several inches above my knee for reference.
