Francesca's Shae Sheath Dress

Black mini dress with ruching over the bust and exposed corset boning. The boning is sturdy but moderately flexible. Material is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Francesca's sizing for XS is as follows: 32-33" bust, 24-25" waist, 24" hips. This dress has never been worn and is still new with tags.
