Francesca’s Sequin Romper w/ Skirt Overlay

This is a sequin romper that has a sheer skirt overlay. There’s a zip back with a loop and hook closure at the top. Perfect for a special event (wedding, birthday, New Years, etc.). I originally purchased it for a wedding but then was unable to attend due to a cross country move. It’s from Francesca’s. Brand new with tags still attached.
