Francesca's Navy & Off White Fit & Flare Dress - Size Medium (can easily fit most smalls.) Completely lined fit and flare style, cinched in at waist and flares out for a figure flattering look. Shorter length. There is a small disconnect of fabric from lining on top chest of dress, cannot really see when wearing, it's on the inside (see last pic.) Self: 50% polyester; 50% cotton. Contrast: 94% rayon; 6% spandex. Perfect dressed up with wedges or heels but also great dressed down with sandals.
