Francesca’s Fringe Crop Top

This soft and light decorative top is sure to be a showstopper! It features an array of white stars on a fabric that appears blue in natural light and gray under a flash. Note that the fringe is reflective under a flash! I bought this chambray top a couple of years ago for 4th of July and have only worn it 2 or 3 times since. Good condition, minor pills throughout.
