Francesca’s Floral Tiered Mini Dress

I bought this from Francesca’s recently and I can’t return it because it was on sale. I personally do not like the fit at my breasts (I am a 38C for reference). Other than that, I think it’s true to size. It’s a very pretty dress and I wish I could wear it. I paid $23 for it so I would like to get back the amount I paid or very close.
