Formal embroidered dress. Top is structured with a beautiful flower pattern that turns into a royal blue skirt at the bottom. Cap-sleeves. Worn twice. Small pulls on the embroidery in the back due to zipper. It's a size small but I'd suggest it to someone with a smaller chest because the top can be confining.
