durianscloset @kbrielle07 Hi! Laying flat the dress is 13.5" across at the waist and 16.5" from underarm to underarm. The straps are 6" long, the chest area is about 7.5" long, and the skirt from the waist down is 37". According to the Francesca's website a size small should fit a size 34-35" bust and 26-27" waist. The dress material does not stretch. I hope that helps, please let me know if you need any other measurements.
