Francesca’s Blue Rain ‘Corrine High Sheen Double Zipper Leggings’. Size S. Rise measures 10.25”. Inseam measures 27”. Elastic band waist. These are called “high sheen” but I wouldn’t describe them as THAT shiny, in my opinion. Great condition, no flaws.
