Frame black velv blazer size 4 NWT

I did just have it dry cleaned. Otherwise, it’s in perfect condition. If you know anything about fabric care you might know how to get those out. I use an automated dry cleaning service, so I wasn’t able to point the spots out to a human. Beautiful black velvet blazer for holiday party, New Year’s Eve party, cocktails, black-tie wedding, etc. Classic cut. Not oversized.
