Frame Dark Navy Silk Blouse with "Trumpet" Tie Sleeves

This lovely dark navy silk blouse from FRAME has a lot going for it! Starting with its classic round collar, it also features a keyhole button closure in back (two extra buttons are attached to the fabric tag). But the real show starts with the sleeves. I looked at 20 websites to find out what the sleeves were called, with no luck. I would describe them as a modified split trumpet sleeve, with the open trumpet arriving just below the sleeve hem. The "flounce" is curved and asymmetrical, and is 6" at its longest point. The sleeves are 3/4 " design, in raglan style, The attached sleeve ribbon hem wraps around the forearm and ties.
