Frame 100% Silk Sleeveless Blouse

Gorgeous rust colored 100% silk Frame blouse. Scarf style neck detail and adorable ruffle peplum like lower bodice. There is a tiny dot as shown in last picture on back that is partially hidden due to how the fabric ruffles. I haven’t tried to get it out because I don’t want to do more damage to the silk, but it may not be permanent. Price adjusted to reflect this.
