Frabel glass art originated in Atlanta Ga and has grown over the decades to have collectors all over the world. The vintage melting ice cube would be a unique added decor on a shelf or a cute paperweight for desk. The piece is in very good condition with only some slight intentions in the black base as noted in picture.
