Foundry 44/46 x 31.5/32 black slacks EUC stretch waist insert

Black slacks from The Foundry Supply Co. Tag size 46 x 32. PLEASE see measurements below. This style has an insert in the waist band by the pockets to allow a little stretch for comfort. 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex. Waist is 22" laid flat and the maximum stretch adds about 2". Rise - from crotch seam to top of waist is 13.75" Hips laid flat 28" - this will vary a bit depending on where you measure. Inseam is just barely under 31.5" Excellent preloved condition!
